Check-in time for Cabins, Rooms and Apartments is from 4:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.
Check-in time for the Campground is from 1:00 p.m.
Check-out time for Cabins, Rooms and apartments is till 11:00 a.m.
Check-out time for the Campground is till 1:00 p.m.
If you arrive outside of our check-in times, you must contact the reception in advance.
If you leave before the current reception opening hours, the key can be left in the key box at the reception.
To check-in you will need a valid identification document (identity card, bank card with ID, passport, driving license, etc.).
CANCELLATION
Cancellations can be made free of charge up to 7 days before the arrival date at 12:00 p.m. (noon).
In case of no-show or cancellation outside the free cancellation period, the full cost of the stay must be paid.
If departure takes place before the agreed time, the remaining amount will not be refunded.
Events that are beyond our control, such as strikes, lock-outs, fires and the like, entitle us to terminate the contract without liability for damages.
THE GUESTS LIABILITY
The guest is liable for damage caused to people, buildings, furniture and equipment. The customer is liable for damage caused by negligent or intentional behavior.
DOGS/ANIMALS
Dogs are only allowed in our cabins and apartments, not in the Sportell rooms (double rooms).
Dogs must be registered before arrival, a fee of 100 NOK per dog per stay is charged.
The following rules apply to dogs:
Dogs should not lie on the bed/sofa.
Dogs should not be left alone if possible.
Dogs must be kept on a leash.
Dog poop must be picked up.
Dogs are not allowed in communal areas.
