To ensure that all our guests have a pleasant and safe stay, we kindly ask you to observe the following rules:
ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE
Check-in and check-out times are stated in your booking confirmation.
Guests must be at least 18 years old to check in without a parent or guardian.
PEACE AND QUIET
Quiet hours are between 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM. Please be considerate of your neighbours at all times.
All driving within the campsite must be at walking speed and kept to a minimum.
FIRE SAFETY
For fire safety reasons, there must be a minimum distance of 4 metres between accommodation units, including caravans, motorhomes and tents.
Disposable barbecues must not be placed directly on the ground or on flammable surfaces. Please use suitable stands or designated barbecue areas.
CLEANLINESS AND WASTE
All waste must be sorted and disposed of in the designated containers. Leaving rubbish outside the containers is strictly prohibited.
Please leave communal areas, showers and toilets in the condition you would wish to find them. Children should be accompanied by an adult when using the sanitary facilities.
PETS
Dogs are welcome but must be kept on a lead at all times within the campsite.
Dogs should be exercised outside the campsite, and owners are required to clean up after their pets.
Dogs are not permitted in communal rooms or on beds or furniture in rental accommodation.
RESPONSIBILITY AND DAMAGE
Guests are responsible for their own belongings. The campsite accepts no liability for theft of or damage to guests’ property or equipment.
Any damage caused to buildings, furnishings or facilities through negligence must be paid for by the person responsible.
