CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT<\/h3>\n

Check-in time for Cabins, Rooms and Apartments is from 4:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.<\/h4>\n

Check-in time for the Campground is from 1:00 p.m.<\/h4>\n

Check-out time for Cabins, Rooms and apartments is till 11:00 a.m.<\/h4>\n

Check-out time for the Campground is till 1:00 p.m.<\/h4>\n

If you arrive outside of our check-in times, you must contact the reception in advance.<\/h4>\n

If you leave before the current reception opening hours, the key can be left in the key box at the reception.<\/h4>\n

To check-in you will need a valid identification document (identity card, bank card with ID, passport, driving license, etc.).<\/h4>\n

CANCELLATION<\/h3>\n

Cancellations can be made free of charge up to 7 days before the arrival date at 12:00 p.m. (noon).<\/h4>\n

In case of no-show or cancellation outside the free cancellation period, the full cost of the stay must be paid.<\/h4>\n

If departure takes place before the agreed time, the remaining amount will not be refunded.<\/h4>\n

Events that are beyond our control, such as strikes, lock-outs, fires and the like, entitle us to terminate the contract without liability for damages.<\/h4>\n

THE GUESTS LIABILITY<\/h3>\n

The guest is liable for damage caused to people, buildings, furniture and equipment. The customer is liable for damage caused by negligent or intentional behavior.<\/h4>\n

RESPONSIBILITY OF THE PERSON MAKING THE BOOKING<\/h3>\n

The person who makes the booking is responsible for ensuring that all information provided is correct, and for the booking and payment itself.<\/h4>\n

Bookings are personal, and you may not make a booking on behalf of a third party without written consent from that person.<\/h4>\n

For bookings made on behalf of a company, the booking must be carried out by a person who is authorized to enter into agreements on behalf of the company.<\/h4>\n

By completing the booking, you confirm that you have the authority to make the reservation and accept responsibility for the obligations arising from this agreement.<\/h4>\n

DOGS\/ANIMALS<\/h3>\n

Dogs are only allowed in our cabins and apartments, not in the Sportell rooms (double rooms).<\/h4>\n

Dogs must be registered before arrival, a fee of 100 NOK per dog per stay is charged.<\/h4>\n
